This was an Aldi Find recently. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it but I like hummus and I like pickles so why not? I sort of assumed it would just be dill flavored but you know what, it actually tasted like pickles! Specifically hamburger dills. I think there was some pickles actually super finely chopped up in it because the texture wasn’t 100% smooth.
I served it with cucumber spears and celery sticks. It was really good but a little unnerving how much it tasted like pickles. It was a little cheaper than their regular hummus at $1.89. I’d get it again. I think it would be good on a sandwich.
