At $89.99 this is the most expensive Aldi Find I have ever purchased. The Crane Foldable Exercise Bike was in this week’s Aldi ad so it may still be available at your local store. I find that the pricier the item, the longer it seems to be available. I don’t think most people come to Aldi looking to make $90 purchases.

I was interested in this because while we had an exercise bike some years ago, there is really no good place to put it in our home where we 1. wouldn’t be locked in our unfinished basement 2. would have the option to watch tv while using it and 3. it wasn’t in an area where guests would see it. We ended up giving it away but I’ve always thought one would be a good idea. A folding bike seemed like the solution but most I found online were in the $140-250 range for models with even fewer features than this one.
My husband put it together in about 30-40 minutes without any special tools and it was up and running.
While we haven’t had it long, it is already a winner! It does fold up pretty small and is easily stowed in a corner or placed in a closet. We might even leave it in the corner of the living room folded up and just move it when we have company so I don’t have to haul it up and down stairs. It is only 12 inches wide at the widest point and about five feet tall folded up. I’m not sure how heavy it is but one able-bodied person can pick it up fairly easily and once folded, can be easily wheeled to a corner. This is perfect for us because we can roll it out to watch TV while using it or leave it in place and read our phones or tablets on the ridge above the screen.
The screen is easy to read with large numbers and automatically shuts off when not in use. The seat is wide and comfortable as are the pedals. The cycling motion is smooth.
It really is the perfect solution for anyone who wants an exercise bike but doesn’t have space for a larger bike.

I am so happy to hear this since I just purchased one at Aldi’s today as well. Haven’t taken it out of the box yet, wanted to read some reviews on it first.

Thank you for this review! I was looking on Amazon for a foldable exercise bike and a friend said she saw this at our Aldi, so I was thinking of purchasing it. It’s cheaper than the ones on Amazon but looks similar in features. Thinking I will give it a try!

I purchased the excercise bike on 12/28/18. Everything was great until about a week ago. After pedaling for about 10 minutes, I can hear a knocking noise in the area of the pedals. Not sure what to do, not sure if anyone else has experienced this.

Yes this bike is a great deal! For the money you’re spending! You can jump on it Anytime! No membership not worrying about germs it’s your bike jump on work that stress off the body!!! The seat it feels comfortable on the behind / buttocks too! And for the price it’s a good deal with assembling I took my time I just had a big open space on the floor here layed out all of the parts especially the screws and washers with the tools.provided the Allen.🔧 Allen Wrench, hexagon tools I just worked my way up started with removing the pin this you will use later to fold & unfolding the bike itself! So yes the hard part really just lining up the stands of the bike on where to yes the screws with the washers . I assembled by myself it took about an hour …Good buy for sure!

Aldi did take the bike back and replaced it for me. The replacement makes a little noise when I pedal, but for the price it’s a great value. Aldi has excellent customer, they go above and beyond.
